This is just a sweet poem i would like to share.?

Yearling Song

A timid, shrinking flower, pink

embraced by the autumn cold.

One rolling green and amber leaf

in this pale hand to hold.

What may I give that you will know

to cherish that which I bring?

What may I give that I might show

the words to the song I sing?

Two slender blades of summer grass

fresh with the morning dew.

A flowered weed from the sidewalk crack.

I bring all I have to you.

What summer snow flake to press to your heart?

What winter sun to your soul?

What gift to make these yearling notes

the song of a gentle doe?

Reply:I have one too...

You and me in an apple tree,

I'm holding you, you're holding me,

I wish this moment could go on and on,

But then I pushed you, and now you're gone.
