What Kind of Flowering Tree is This?

Anyone have any ideas? We are in Washington state and have snow and hard freezes in the winter so it is hardy. It has reached about 15 feet in 5 years from a small sapling.

Reply:looks like a bleeding heart. cold hardy to -40 so it is pretty hardy
